(hereinafter referred to as "Zhiji Quanfu"), introduced that as a joint venture subsidiary jointly established by Tellhow Group and Beijing Huasheng Jingshi Information Technology Co., Ltd., Zhiji Quanfu currently focuses on three major business segments: robot aftermarket services, channel agency, and intelligent transformation and digital upgrading integration services. Witnessed by all attending guests, ESTUN and Tellhow Group completed the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement. As the core co-builder and industry-education integration carrier of this co-creation service center, Nanchang Vocational University of Science and Technology was represented by Vice President Xiong Yan and ESTUN's Deputy Director of Strategy and MKT Wang Qiong to sign on behalf of both parties.

The "ESTUN Co-creation Service Center" jointly built by both parties will establish a complete closed loop of "technology R&D—industry services—talent cultivation"—providing nearby and timely robot maintenance, spare parts supply, and production line transformation services for manufacturing customers in Jiangxi, alleviating the industry problem of "slow service response and high after-sales costs"; and continuously delivering certified intelligent manufacturing engineers through the industry-education integration mechanism, solving the core pain points of "difficult technology implementation and lack of talent supply" in regional industrial upgrading. The development of service business lies in the construction of localized service teams and the establishment of timely response capabilities.
