Panel Furniture‑Whole‑house Custom Production Line
Panel Furniture‑Whole‑house Custom Production Line

Solution Background
The demand for custom furniture has brought enterprises an entirely new production model. ESTUN's custom furniture robot solution greatly improves production efficiency. The production process is highly controllable, with significantly reduced manual intervention, improving the high error rates and low efficiency of manual operations, and using a more flexible production method to build an efficient, energy-saving, green, and environmentally friendly intelligent factory.
Solution Overview
Robotic CNC drilling system: Integrating automated production and digital systems, it brings an entirely new custom furniture production model. The workstation includes one ER180 loading robot, in a single-robot four-station format, replacing manual labor to complete CNC drilling loading for custom furniture panels. The high-inertia robot ER180-3100-PL has a J4 axis inertia of 87 kg/m³, effectively handling oversized panels, and supports multiple communication interfaces—Modbus TCP, TCP/IP, EtherNet IP, Profinet, Profibus, CCLINK. It adopts a dual-circulation electrical cabinet, achieving an IP54 high protection rating, meeting the requirements of high-dust working environments and extending equipment service life. Robotic CNC drilling loading and unloading ensures higher efficiency and precision, helping workers escape high-dust, high-noise, and high-risk environments. One robot can handle 4 CNC drilling machines, greatly improving production efficiency. Through the digitalized production process, it efficiently responds to personalized production needs with multiple panel types and multiple batches.
ESTUN intelligent robot book-shelf-style sorting system: Robotic sorting can effectively avoid manual sorting errors, improve sorting efficiency, effectively save labor costs, and enhance enterprise benefits. The workstation includes one ER130B/ER160B sorting robot, with a J4 axis inertia of 89.4 m³, an ultra-large reach of 3200 mm, and 480 storage locations per single robot, replacing manual labor to complete custom furniture panel sorting. Equipped with a dedicated sorting system and a dedicated dynamics model, the composite sorting action cycle can reach 3-3.3 cycles/min. The second-generation dynamics planning system intelligently plans motion paths, adjusts the body's operating posture, and optimizes the robot's motion trajectory in the most balanced dynamic state, effectively improving production efficiency.
