Solution Overview
This system achieves automatic brick picking, oil spraying, material distribution, four-corner material shifting, and automatic inspection for refractory bricks of multiple specifications. At the inspection station, refractory bricks complete inspection processes such as weighing, 3D scanning for height measurement, edge scanning, lamination crack detection, and coding. Qualified products are automatically palletized onto drying carts, while defective products are placed on the non-conforming product platform.
