Solution Overview
This equipment is mainly used for applying labels to mineral water bottles. The entire machine adopts the TRIO control system. The hot melt adhesive labeling machine consists of nine parts: the feeding conveyor line, the main shaft rotary turntable, the bottle infeed star wheel turntable, the bottle outfeed star wheel turntable, the labeling star wheel turntable, the encoder cutting turntable, the glue supply device, the label unwinding reel, and the label feeding traction roller. This equipment offers high speed and high precision, with an hourly output of up to 24,000 bottles.

2. Label detection: Using the high-speed IO built into the TRIO controller body, at a line speed of 3 m/s, the registration mark capture feedback time is 2 μs, and the detection accuracy is 0.05 mm.
3. Label error compensation: Under high-speed operation, label compensation can achieve high-precision compensation of 0.01 mm.
4. Program processing cycle: With TRIO's high-performance processor and reasonable process allocation, this system can control the program scan cycle within 3 ms.
