On June 29, 2026, the 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair grandly opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. CLOOS presented three high-end welding systems: triple-wire welding, laser hybrid welding, and multi-functional welding workstations. TANDEM+ Compact Cell

Compact Triple-Wire Welding Workstation

Triple-wire welding is CLOOS's latest process innovation and undoubtedly became the focus of the booth. TANDEM+ (triple-wire welding) adopts a unique triple-wire collaborative system and is an upgraded solution of CLOOS's Tandem twin-wire welding technology. By adding an additional cold wire and feeding the welding wire into the molten pool area between the standard Tandem twin wires, this process elevates deposition performance to a new level while combining ultra-high efficiency with simple operation.

CLOOS Laser Hybrid Welding

Workstation

The laser hybrid welding workstation is equipped with German-imported PL45 and domestic laser heads, achieving a perfect combination of full penetration and high-speed welding, greatly improving efficiency and significantly reducing overall costs.

CLOOS Multi-Functional Welding Workstation

This workstation integrates a six-axis robot, coordinated positioner, arc tracking, and multi-layer multi-pass welding. It is compatible with a variety of metal materials, capable of handling everything from precision welding of thin plates to efficient penetration welding of medium and thick plates, providing an efficient and flexible one-stop welding solution for complex structures.
