During the roundtable forum, guests held in-depth discussions around four major topics: "lifelong learning, workforce transformation, industry competitiveness, and responsible automation." Together, they explored the balance between robotics and AI technology in innovation, ethics, and social responsibility, providing multi-dimensional perspectives for the sustainable development of automation technology.

02
Education and Industry Linkage to Empower Regional Development
During the event, ESTUN, together with Bosch and Schwäbisch Gmünd Technical Academy, jointly held an Education Day, focusing on the cultivation of apprentices and young engineers. With "Learning by Doing" as the core concept, the event allowed every participant to personally operate industrial robots, collaborative robots, and training workstations, and deeply experience practical operations in scenarios such as palletizing, assembly, and welding. The Education Day attracted a large number of professionals who actively participated. In the process of Germany's manufacturing industry accelerating its transformation toward intelligence and automation, such industry-education integration practices not only provide local young technical talent with practical capabilities, but also inject new momentum into regional development.

03
Deepening European Layout and Upgrading Local Service Capabilities
Against the backdrop of its globalization strategy, ESTUN continues to deepen its layout in the European market. In 2024, ESTUN established its European headquarters in Switzerland to comprehensively coordinate regional business and gradually build a localized operating system integrating R&D, sales, service, and manufacturing. Based on this, ESTUN accelerated the construction of its European branch network and successively established branches in the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Turkey, covering major markets in Western, Central, and Southern Europe.

At the same time, the Poland warehousing and manufacturing base was also put into operation, providing localized production and logistics support for European customers. All branches work in coordination, forming full-chain service capabilities from solution pre-research, application development, system integration testing, to after-sales maintenance and operation training, ensuring rapid response to customer needs. Through the above layout, ESTUN has achieved a strategic upgrade in the European market from product sales to capability cultivation, continuously empowering regional intelligent manufacturing development.
