Exhibit 01

TANDEM+ Compact Cell
Compact Triple-Wire Welding Workstation

Since the introduction of MIG/MAG welding technology, CLOOS has always been in a leading position in the industry, committed to driving technological progress and setting new standards. From the invention of the twin-wire process in the 1970s to CLOOS taking the lead in launching Tandem Welding in 1996, significantly improving welding efficiency, we have continued to lead the development of high-efficiency welding solutions. Today, CLOOS introduces a new-generation triple-wire MIG/MAG welding process, marking a new breakthrough in this technology field.

Tandem+ (triple-wire welding) adopts a unique triple-wire collaborative system, raising deposition performance to a new level. It combines ultra-high efficiency with simple operation and is a revolutionary evolution of twin-wire welding technology. Compared with single-wire welding, its welding time is 60% faster, energy costs are reduced by 13%, and deposition rate is 150% higher. While ensuring welding quality, triple-wire welding requires fewer welding layers and shorter processing time, greatly reducing workload and lowering interlayer cleaning requirements, achieving an application performance that combines maximum efficiency and flexibility.

This process can be applied in industries such as construction machinery, rail vehicles, steel structures, boiler manufacturing, and wind power equipment, and is especially suitable for welding needs in the medium and thick plate field.

Exhibit 02

CLOOS Laser Hybrid Welding Workstation

Core Configuration

PL45 Robot × Domestic High-Performance Laser Head

Process Principle

Laser hybrid welding integrates the laser beam and MIG/MAG welding process into the same effective area. The focused laser beam penetrates deep into the material to form a keyhole, ensuring reliable penetration; the MIG/MAG arc stabilizes the welding process, fills the keyhole with filler material, and achieves optimal side connection.

Core Advantages

Advantage | Description

No groove preparation required | Reliable penetration welding is directly achieved through deep penetration characteristics, greatly reducing processing costs

Low deformation, low rework | Less energy per unit length significantly reduces component deformation and minimizes rework rate

Excellent weld quality | Good penetration ensures optimal weld quality, making it an ideal connection solution for dynamically loaded components

Extremely fast welding speed | Efficiency is greatly improved compared with standard MSG processes

Wide material adaptability | Suitable for various materials such as steel, chrome-nickel steel, aluminum, coated steel plate, heat-resistant steel, high-strength steel, and special alloys

Flexible and adjustable penetration depth | Precisely regulate penetration shape and depth according to actual workpiece thickness and characteristics to match optimal welding results

Industry Cases

CLOOS has taken the lead in successfully applying laser hybrid welding technology at leading enterprises in construction machinery, rail transit, steel structures, and commercial vehicle manufacturing, achieving a perfect combination of full penetration and high-speed welding, greatly improving efficiency and significantly reducing overall costs.

Exhibit 03

Aluminum Alloy Welding System

The CLOOS aluminum alloy welding system is centered on the QIROX QRC-410 six-axis robot and equipped with an L-type positioner, simplifying the welding process for complex workpieces while greatly improving operating efficiency. The system can be equipped with QINEO welding power sources. With proprietary processes such as Vari, it overcomes the thermal sensitivity and easy deformation problems of aluminum alloys, achieving extremely low heat input and perfect weld appearance, precisely meeting the high-precision processing requirements of aluminum components and ensuring stable and reliable welding quality.

This solution has been widely applied in pressure vessels, rail transit, new energy vehicles, and other fields, providing customers with mature and reliable lightweight welding solutions.
