CAN Bus I/O Module Series

The Trio CAN module provides a DIN-rail-mounted output expansion function for all controllers. Up to 16 P317 modules can be connected on a 100-meter-long CAN network. The P317 module supports 26 distributed 24 VDC output channels. All points are short-circuit protected and fully isolated from the CANbus. The P317 module can be mixed with other module types in the CAN I/O series on the same bus.

Convenient and Easy to Use
In addition to being able to connect to any motion coordinator using Trio's own high-speed CANbus protocol, each CAN module can run the DS401 CANopen protocol, allowing them to be used with other CANopen masters. Protocol selection is made via the DIP switch on the front of the module;
