MC405 5-Axis High-Performance Motion Controller

The MC405 has two different axis configurations. Both axis configuration modes support 16 software axes. Any axis not assigned to built-in hardware can be used as a virtual axis. Each axis can be programmed to perform various motions, such as linear, circular, helical, and spatial circular interpolation, electronic cam, master-slave motion, and electronic gearing. The controller status can be easily identified through a bright, easy-to-read backlit display. At the same time, the base uses a single-piece metal housing, enhancing the system's grounding performance and improving the system's interference resistance in industrial sites.

Standard Axis — Can be configured in software as stepper and servo pulse/direction outputs. It can also be configured for incremental encoder feedback or analog encoder output.

Expansion Axis — In addition to the standard functions, expansion axes can also be configured for absolute encoders, including SSI, Tamagawa, and EnDat.

Analog Closed-Loop Servo — Analog closed-loop servo uses built-in ±10 V output.
