PC-MCAT-2 64-Axis Vision and Motion Integrated Controller

Trio's PC-MCAT-2 is an innovative "motion + PC solution." A powerful quad-core Intel Atom processor is used to drive a high-performance motion controller and a compact PC that can run user applications under Windows. The PC-MCAT-2 software uses a real-time extension, allowing Windows and the motion controller to run directly on their own processor cores. The PC-MCAT-2 is mounted in a rugged plastic housing with an integrated grounded chassis and integrates all isolation circuits required for direct connection to external devices in industrial environments. A filtered power supply is included, so it can be powered from the 24 VDC logic supply found in most industrial cabinets.
