MC508 16-Axis High-Performance Motion Controller

The MC508 has two different axis configurations. Both configuration modes support 32 software axes. Any axis not assigned to built-in hardware can be used as a virtual axis. Each axis can be programmed to perform various motions, such as linear, circular, helical, and spatial circular interpolation, electronic cam, master-slave motion, and electronic gearing. The controller status can be easily identified through a bright, easy-to-read backlit display. At the same time, the base uses a single-piece metal housing, enhancing the system's grounding performance and improving the system's interference resistance in industrial sites.

Note:

Standard axes can be configured in software as stepper and servo pulse outputs, and can also be configured for incremental encoder feedback or analog encoder output. In addition to the standard functions, expansion axes can also be configured for absolute encoders, including SSI, Tamagawa, and EnDat. Analog closed-loop servo uses built-in ±10 V output.
