Solution Overview
The integrated box-making and corner-pasting machine consists of three modules: gluing and positioning, corner pasting, and forming. Through this equipment, the production of packaging boxes for mobile phones, jewelry, tobacco and liquor, and other products can be completed.

It supports 6 box-making modes and 64 corner-pasting modes, and supports production of boxes with heights from 30-80 mm.

For boxes below 35 mm, the maximum operating speed can reach 50 pcs/min.
4. Multiple Production Modes
The system supports simultaneous or independent operation of the A/B sides of box making.
5. Multiple Operation Modes
The system supports independent or linked operation of the corner-pasting machine and box-making machine.
6. Single-Step Debugging Function
It features functions such as single-step debugging.
