Solution Overview
The feeder consists of a punch, a left shear servo, and a right shear servo, with some equipment configured with an auxiliary punch. Its program action control is as follows: the punch presses the molten glass inside the rotary material storage mechanism controlled by the inverter downward, and the two shear servos cut the extruded slender molten glass at the appropriate time, after which the material falls into the material distribution mechanism below. It is then formed into glass bottles by the bottle-making machine.

1. This solution adopts a Flex-X-Nano controller and 3 high-performance ED3L servo drives.
2. Mixed production: It features mixed-line production capability for multiple material weights and multiple bottle types, with a weight variation difference of 0-30%, and material weight accuracy controlled within ±1-2 g.
3. Cycle compensation: During operation, only two large cycle signals are needed to synchronize with the speed change of the bottle-making machine.
4. Motion curve: 24 electronic cam curves are preset, and motion curves can be adjusted online, generated, and downloaded.
