Solution Overview
The 12-lane folding machine is key equipment in large-scale wet wipes production lines, mainly used for precise cutting and stacking of non-woven fabrics according to different specification requirements. This system adopts an EtherCAT bus solution to achieve multi-axis coordination and precise position control, and effectively reduces mechanical impact through optimized motion curves.
