Solution Overview
This project builds a handlebar tube bending workstation for a two-wheeled electric vehicle manufacturer. The core function is for the robot to pick up tube parts from the feeding and loading machine and place them into the designated position of the bending machine to complete the bending operation.
The solution consists of: a tube feeding and loading machine, a bending machine, a drilling machine, a loading and unloading robot, a product output rack, safety fencing, and a control system.
