Solution Overview
For the corner protection application, the ER6/10-700-SR robot is adopted. The conveyor line transports solar panels to the corner protection station, where SCARA robots and cylinder actions install corner protection packaging paper on the four corners of the solar panels. A complete fully automatic corner protection machine system generally consists of the following systems: SCARA cardboard feeding system, component incoming material system, sensor detection system, SCARA cardboard pressing system, and finished product unloading system.
